The mission of Dispute Resolution Data (DRD) is to enhance and expand the practice of arbitration and mediation through the collection and dissemination of trusted aggregated case data, which maintains confidentiality while providing insights into ADR practices and trends for parties, dispute resolution institutions, advocates, arbitrators, mediators, researchers, and policymakers.

Dispute Resolution Data provides cost, time, and other valuable process information for users to formulate strategies that transform levels of service.
DRD data is extracted from international commercial arbitrations and mediations that have final awards, or agreements, and from cases settled, or withdrawn. This data is redacted, aggregated and presented by geographic region and case type.
